But Flim did say he's struggling to complete the work I'm starting to doubt that he'll released it on the 20th. Probably 20th march maybe.
I was also curious so I looked at his Fantia page. It's an update he made to a post he had in 2018, he just added a higher quality video of the Android Yukari reverse ride vid he had before. Nothing completely new unfortunately

You can use 'decoder' but even if you do, it takes you to a kloud site locked via password. The page has a password but it's not the right one. RIP gg.
