I don't understand what the fuss here is all about. MC was drugged and that was obviously rape. I for one didn't mind it and enjoyed the scene. I guess what I find most striking about all of this is how surprised some people were, saying that Quinn's personality has suddenly warped into this horrible person they don't like anymore, when they were cool with her before. Seriously, her past actions include, having gone to prison for (I think it was) ten years, acting aggressive and pushy, having her friend scare the hell of the whole family by brandishing a gun and forcing them into incestuous situations, and handcuffing the MC while giving him a blowjob. Calling him a doormat for not fighting back seems unfair to me.

So, I decided to balance this decision including these feedbacks.

I’m not completely restarting the game.

My plans currently are to restart the coding, you’d lose your saves, the big lag at the game’s launch should disappear, and the game-play should be different.

I will try to keep the scenes you already got for girls, and just adapt them to the new setup/background, completed by new content for them. However, it would be a very annoying task to update the whole content to the new setup at once, so to make it more pleasant for me (and not take many months) I was thinking of updating content one by one.
For example: Past content is locked (not working anymore, yet), and then, imagine I do a Julia Update, I’ll get back her past images and content and update them at that moment, so her update would contain all the (updated) past events, merged with her new content.

Here is my current vision of approximate upcoming updates:

• 0.1.8 Quinn’s update very, veeeeery soon (I’m at the last step)
• 0.1.9 Complete code rework (A lot of it concerns the dev side, and also game-play system), along with a new introduction:
  New setup concerning the backgrounds/initial situation, some relationships would also change a bit.
  You’ll lose your save and the girl's content will be locked temporarily.
• 0.2 Julia’s update (I want to try what I planned concerning using past scenes), along with other stuff.
• 0.2.1 Mia’s update

It’s not an explicit content planning, just an overall idea. The main story system will be different and the update would not necessarily be “1 girl content only” anymore.

Hmm the only thing that concerns me is lose your save at 0.19 rework. It is kinda off-putting to lose all the progress made. Even if it is for a good reason as updating the code.

What botter me the most of all is the mc being a pussy...don't get me wrong, there is a lot of people who love that, but damn, is easy as fuck to give us a choice if the mc will be a pussy or not. There is a lot of people that love that, but is easy as hell to do a choice, the only extra work is write the "extra" path, is unity, is really easy to do that, he can even use the same scenes, just write something else, and voilà, everyone is happy.

I've played a lot of these games in the last few years, and I'm surprised people are so harsh on the MC in this one, especially in comparison to other games. I mean, I suppose you could argue that the game was written intentionally to put him in these positions, but just looking at the story I see him getting along quite well with the youngest daughter and hitting things off pretty well.

With the middle sister, she is emphatically against him. I'm pretty sure she even slaps him at one point, which he deserved, for spanking or kissing her on the ass without warning, which isn't exactly "spineless." So, what should he do about it? Hit her back and get into a fistfight? Instead, he kills her with kindness, which drives her absolutely crazy, and ultimately wins her over. She has him act as a slave for a day (in exchange for some favor I think, I forget why, but there was a reason), and the end result is he gets to have a sexual encounter with her. He doesn't complain. He then shoves his face in her vagina while she's just trying to do sit-ups. Again, not the act of a spineless man. Would it have been better if he went all-in and forced his way into a relationship with her from the beginning when she clearly said she didn't like him? That's not "having a spine," that's being a predator. There are plenty of those MC's in other games. I'm happy to play a character that's not completely an irredeemable asshole this time around. As it is, he's pushing what's reasonable.

What about Quinn? He already wantonly stares at her tits and gets away with it, and she just laughs it off and enjoys it. She flirts with him, but he can't tell if she's serious or just messing with him. He's afraid of her, and isn't sure what she would do if he flirts back. She could easily over power him physically, and he's not sure what she's capable of morally. So what is he supposed to do to "turn the tables?" I suppose he could blackmail her or drug her and--oh wait, that's exactly what everyone is complaining about her doing! And again I say, if you've been paying attention to her character this whole time, wrestling him into submission, coercing him with gunplay and handcuffs, how are you so surprised by this?

He tells his mother he wants more from her, and respects it when she says she's not ready for that.
That is what's supposed to happen with normal rational people.
