Nope, and there will never be my man, If I were you I wouldn’t ask anymore because Dev shows zero interest in doing so and Unity by itself is hard to port.

If there was a difference it would show within the image gallery like the others. From what I am seeing there isn't any due to all the images for the replay showing regardless of which path you take.

Nah, unless I restart the game altogether perhaps. I loaded it up in 1920x1080 fullscreen and still cutoff like in his picture.
