Okay so if you want to maintain gallery while continuing on your save:
First step: Click continue from v0.14 at the bottom right on the main menu and save, exit to main menu.
Second step: Load your old save, this will keep the gallery unlocked but you'll continue with your save.

The game has a gallery, starting a save from v0.14 unlocks the entire content up to v0.15 in the gallery.
There are repeatable scenes by clicking the bed and thinking about one of the girls, by going into Julia's room or going into Christine's room on top of the gallery.

Also this game has a bug, it is impossible to chose "thighs" on the second new story scene with Nanou, chosing either thighs or tits will always result in Tits being selected, so it's impossible to get those scenes.

Hmmm you can't unlock Thigh scene and the repeatable Julia sex scene cant play.
So...I just loaded up Harem Island after this and you can pretty much confirm it's the same dev different name. After Harem Island finished this game been developing faster.

Good work detective! He is pretty talented with models and animations, but writing characters, dialogue and making a coherent or somewhat believable story are not in his wheelhouse. Then again it took ICstor like 5 games before he started to improve, so could just be one of those things, like puberty.
