I can totally see a way to introduce NTR in the form that people don't like with Melinda sleeping with other guys but it would have to involve expanding on the one woman who hates Melinda's guts in the form of Emily. Seriously now, I think you're wrong. There is no love relationship between Melinda and Daniel. Not in a husband-wife way at least. There is only a strong sexual attraction and Melinda taking advantage of Daniel to get pregnant.

Actually Daniel stealing Melinda from William would be Netori, as Netorare is when someone steals the wife of a main character or the wife is the main character and gets stolen. Netori is when the main character does the stealing.

You also can't really count Cynthia as being NTR'd, since if you don't stay with her when she goes off and has a threesome that's your choice and it comes from not being willing to commit to being with her. Someone else fucking a character the main character might fuck is not netorare.
