Actually Daniel stealing Melinda from William would be Netori, as Netorare is when someone steals the wife of a main character or the wife is the main character and gets stolen. Netori is when the main character does the stealing.

You also can't really count Cynthia as being NTR'd, since if you don't stay with her when she goes off and has a threesome that's your choice and it comes from not being willing to commit to being with her.
