I think the dev should be able to find a quick end to the game and move on. study and learn well to use daz paying attention to detail (I still remember the glass with the milk tilted). also I think he needs to upgrade his pc, some renderings are very grainy just to speed up the rendering time. he also absolutely needs to learn how to write dialogues, or find someone to help him. at this point a new game can start from scratch, possibly not sandbox. it could also keep the melinda model

Maybe the developers don't like it anymore, because everyone is still complaining about something. For example, I really like the game, although there are some shortcomings. I wish the story would continue.
The developer could use lategame V13 to show Willian discovering about mc and Melinda and after a fight he gets killed, than V14 the mc has to help Melinda rise into power and replace willian in that mafia thing, maybe include some of the early plots, like "willian was the villain all along, he ordered mc's parents killed" or something.
