After you paid for the monthly plan, you can download the game demo through the concerned post, you'll have the download link and some videos unlocked for the month you paid
But first you'll need to use your credit card or other way to pay for buying Coins/Torcoins and next you need to select the coin in the pay mode after you've selected the monthly plan desired.
You may certainly need a VPN to be able to pay if you can't pay.

It's honestly easier to go the alternate route and buy the monthly subscription from his pixiv fanbox, a lot easier. Fantia has too many hoops to go through for my taste.
