So I played through the Renpy version. I've met the two people in the lower floor along with the butler, met secretary and watched secretary in the bathroom, met Tanya and seen her at the pool, met Mercedes, met the nun, met the cousin and his secretary, and the maid and had the deep tissue massage. Is there something I'm missing?
One way to assuage this type of question is to have a simple element that checks to see if all of the gallery is unlocked and trigger a "This is all of the content in .1" type message. Also a gallery is nice, and chances are if you don't do it, a modder will.
I sort of dig the atmosphere, as its dark and portentous. And it seems to tick all of my boxes. I'll be looking forward to this.

If there is something that i don't like is that you get a little lost, but so far there is not much to explore, but if there is plans to increase the place where you can go, it will be really hard to know what to do.

As for the exploration part, we plan to add some sort of journal with your quests and the "progress so far"

I'm glad to hear that a journal will help a lot, about the personality, not that somentimes i don't like to play a evil guy or a "gonna fuck them all" guy, but playing like a normal dude with a personality that you can see "real" is really great, and so far you have done a great job.
