No offense ,I know you might not like NTR. However I don't even see any reference to NTR here or difference in opinion here, but this is just pure malice over a typo. So now we can insult other ppl using as long as its gifs over things like typo and language.
And this actually escalates from a difference in opinions which although you clearly say is a good thing. I do agree there is some issue of neutral objectivity here.

But anyway, I'm fine with almost every theme, but isn't this incest thing getting a liiiiiitle bit overused? It's used so much that I don't even find it interesting anymore. Just "another one of those" games.

It is overused but when done well like in DMD it's brilliant.

Although with Patreon's new rules even that is being diminished which is why i've stopped pledging through Patreon, it's a shame there isn't an alternative Patreon-esque service that doesn't police fictional fantasy content. I'd happily donate if there was.

Great introduction and meaningful choices. I really like this model of choices we have here. Rather short update so to feel this game properly we need probably at least 0.4. All in all game worth playing and pledging

That's along the same lines as saying anyone into NTR is a "self loathing beta". Generalizations are bad.
Some people just want to be a god (a sex god in this case) in these games and want the world to revolve around them (it is fantasy after all. A dream or fantasy I'm sure most have had at least once in their lives). There's just no need for other men in that case (unless you're stealing THEIR girls).
In the end you can't please all the people all the time, as people have different tastes and preferences (I highly doubt these types of games would appeal to an asexual person for instance).
