NTR path is endgame, you must have picked a girlfriend between Selena and Lisa. She needs high perversion and sexual experience from doing the nighttime prostitution events too. If you fullfill the prerequisites sleep in Monicabel to control one of the girls at night then either go to the prison (if you're dating Lisa) or to the soapland (if you're dating Selena).
Note that while Lisa's path is somewhat self-contained, Selena's NTR path is essentially a failure state.
There's a quest in Genovese to unlock them.

Lower-right part of the town, there's a weird quizz school with slimes. One of them will give you the quest once you have Lisa in the party.
