I'm not certain, but I'm guessing that patch 1.03 changed some variables that made it impossible to continue a save from an earlier version. This seems to be a way of updating saves from earlier versions to work after the 1.03 patch. Hopefully saves made in version 1.03 or later won't be affected.

Also, why add clothing damage, pregnancy, and naked walking around if no one even reacts to it at all?

This bothers me the most about games like this and Nymphomania Priestess. Such a missed opportunity.

If I'm not mistaken, Kagura is a publisher, not an actual dev, which is why they're so "prolific", as you say.

For Serene good ending, choose her on the boat from the sand city by she having more affection and do not whore her out in the brothel in last city.
For her NTR ending just visit with her the brothel in the last city until you have all scenes there through.
For Lisa it is the same but with Lisa.
For Harem End, play the game through once with any ending, go to NG+, play the game again until boat. On the boat both need to have the same affection. Just then continue without whoring them out.

If it genuinely is your first playthrough from a clean save, then the game is really broken. The harem ending shouldn't even be available until new game+

I think the game is broken, because I also continued into NG+, and there, come the boat sequence, I had both Serena and Lisa at the same affection level (130 or so—I got it extra high with consumables to make sure), but I didn't get a special scene: the game defaulted to Lisa being the one to confess to me.

wait your surpose to get sceene with both at the boat?? i had both girls at 150 each and got 1 girl only which was Lisa so tehre surpose be CG for both them talking to you at the boat? so how do i fix it?
