Catgirl is already human DNA mixed in with cat DNA to make a chimera. Did you think adding human semen to something with cat DNA was going to make anything else? Afaik a few factors limit the effects of breast injections: poor health, restricted diet (or just low weight), induced NCS.
Genetics (androgyny, neoteny and again induced NCS) and, iirc, training and hormones, may block or impact negatively on her natural development.

Send it to virustotal, if you have more than 1-2 detection, deleted it and send message to dev.
Yeah I got the art pack running with no problems, so I guess it was a safe positive, especially since it apperantly detected it using machine learning

Original free cities is abandoned, pregmod updates constantly in terms of downloading the source and compiling it yourself but for precompiled releases the newest is a month old or older today.
