I think without the patch you will see text like "missing variable" or something like that whenever Yoon refers to Michelle and Andrew in terms of their relationship to her. So it's not like there's an option to play Michelle as Yoon's "boarder" or "roommate" or any of the usual wink-wink options. She is supposed to be Yoon's daughter and Andrew is supposed to be her stepson, but to see those made explicit you need the patch. This is so that the game formally complies with Patreon's rules.

And the routes, as you asked about, are for Andrew (the stepson) to mess around with Yoon (one-on-one and with his friends) and Michelle (the daughter) to mess around with Yoon. Both are avoidable, though, if you don't want incest content.

If I recall correctly, just say yes whenever he asks to do kinky stuff with Yoon and Yoon should not yell at him for being too much of a pervert. Let him talk dirty to her, etc.
