Looks like I need to restart from beginning then, as Andrew not showing on my list of points.
I had started with IIRC v0.392 and then played the V0.394 update.

The point with Andrew is hidden starting from Daniel returning home event because he was not included in this update. Point of Andrew is only shown between the Pool event and the other event before going to Daniel's Boss's house.
