Honestly "Eiffel" only makes sense with Melody. The MC telling Susan "call me Eiffel" makes no sense since that nickname stems from the shared history with Melody.
Well, I didn't even notice that it works like that, until others mentioned being called Eiffel by Susan. I chose "sir" with Melody, because it was better fitting the mood of the scene and Melody suggested calling MC "sir" as well in that scene. So "sir" is really the default choice for that kind of scenes. Also I was getting kinda fed up with "Eiffel" and I don't understand the desire to be called "daddy" during sex, but hey, that's a matter of preference. If you are getting one chance to not be called Eiffel by Melody and you still decide to go with Eiffel - well, you're fully embracing the name, so don't mind if the character wants to be called like that.

As far as I know this is not the case for this game. For many other games here - yes, but here she's intended to be a step-sister, not just for guidelines. I may be wrong of course, but that's the impression I got from reading through the thread.

Totally agree. I prefer to play the games the way the author intended them to be. So, yeah, if a guy lives with a "landlady" and 2-3 "roommates" as it is in many games, it's definately the change was made for the guidelines and the patch is in order. But here it feels natural the way it is.
The problem with your theory is stepsiblings violate Patreon's rules, so you can't call it step and be good.
Step sister may also violate Patreon guideline. So just know that the incest mod is not made by us nor is it a way to “return it back to intended form” since that’s not how we intended for the story to be.

It’s not about legality for Patreon, more about image. Patreon is just very anal about a lot of stuff. I’ve been warned by them on multiple occasions for very silly things.
I believe Karina and Hailey both lose a relationship point if you go with Susan, so there's at least some disappointment there.
