I think the problem with games like FiN is their expansive cast. Many girls to pick from but you have to wait for your fav.
Last year some bitched about Nikki bc she was the one getting content, now it's Risa turn and tomorrow it will be Mason.
Some people want a game all about Brittani or all about Gabby and don't care about the rest of the cast or the main story.
At the end of the day updates have to be contained to one or two girls or you get the usual 1 year of development cicle.

I forget the timeline of events without a replay. But I'd bet Viola might be in the next 1 or at least the next in game day for the MC. As right before the Ashe date she accepted a job to be his maid. Granted I don't think they set up a schedule or a address where he lives. However it feels like it would be within Viola's character to just show up if she does know / find out where he lives or.

- In one of Sapphire scenes we find out she works for someone and they yell at her and she ends the camshow abruptly. If we dig her background we also find out someone's covering her tracks and deleting her online info;

Doesn't seem like a coincidence, they're all caught up in Lucien's web. I also believe they might be a reference of the Radiant(don't know if you played it) triplets. In that game, the blonde twin is the slutty one(here the blonde is the camgirl), the brunette is the moody one (acts the same way as Pepper) and the redhead is the lovey dovey one (although here she's being held captive by psychos and we didn't get to know her properly)

True but the way the conversation is told gave me the impression that her guilt and conscience is a secondary reason and not all that important to her in why she is doing this. To me it really felt like she just wanted to help but that's all on our own personal interpretation anyways. As to me it doesn't come across selfish but it would to someone else

I just did a quick speed run through the game and discovered something new to me.
It turns out you can have sex with Risa twice this update first at the hotel and then at her house.

played the update after a little break and ... that took a dark turn. While there were some topics like homelessness, prostitution etc. in previous episodes, I was very much put off by the drug den and associated porn. I am aware that these things exist but did not expect to be confronted with reality in a porn game. talk about buzzkill.

it's not reasonable at all, it's ultra toxic. he does all that against her will, she lost all freedom. even though she is an adult, 24 years old. he is just super controlling and obsessed with his reputation and image. you can't help an addict that doesn't decide themselves to get better. he doesn't even acknowledge that she is indeed getting better. he doesn't even love her for who she is. he wanted a very specific kind of kid. he might care about her in his own twisted way, but he only achieved the opposite of what he wanted. and he can't see that the issue is mostly himself. he only gets away with it because he is rich.
and he doesn't "err on the side of caution" about MC. he DEMANDS that MC stops seeing his daughter and threatens/insults him. he has access to very detailed information about MC, so he KNOWS that MC doesn't do drugs and doesn't provide her with drugs. he only wants her daughter to avoid associating with a guy that came from poor origins.
MC runs a charity, helps people, he is known for it. Risa's dad is not known for his charity, except to reduce his taxes... he runs hotels and real estate businesses, all for profit. the compound he "built" is just his elitist fantasy there is no vision, it's just class discrimination.

well, guilt and conscience are the motivation, and stopping lucien and helping girls are the goal. either way, what matters is that she is willing to actually do something. whatever her motivation is, she is doing good and she is getting better. MC is the turning point that might decide whether she is saved and clean or falls back in addiction and misery. She needs YOU

just played update after replaying the second half of the game.

MC's obsession with Ashe's Halloween photo and his own photo with Nicki didn't progress. I didn't think Lucien would be linked to it, but I thought MC would have some kind of small breakthrough after seeing Lucien's photos. Might be that MC is somehow recognizing the style of the pictures, like the composition and framing, and Dutch angle style. maybe they were taken by Vaughn or Jamie

NeonGhosts aside from the typos, I stumbled upon this small bug in the code, and it seems the "mslove" part should be for when MC accepts Mason's gender as male instead.

I'm a bit disappointed that when MC turns Risa down in the hotel, and choose not to take advantage of her, it's worth less relationship points than executing the sex scene "perfectly". her reaction would suggest that she would value MC being a very good guy higher than him being a good fuck while she is half conscious.

If all goes to plan, we'll finally get some payoff for the Ashe/Nicki photo mystery in Chapter 10. As for the coding error -- ack, good catch! Thanks! The Mason bug will be fixed for the next build. And you're probably right about Risa's points.. I'll make an adjustment. It won't mess anything up for me to retroactively screw with the points, as we won't see her again until after the Chapter 1 remake.

I feel this so much almost every camgirl I come across in AVN's are either side girls / one night stands or the camgirl part isn't really part of the relationship it's something I would really like to explore in an AVN for once. So it was big let down for me. But I still look forward to more updates for her character despite my disappointment

tbh, Sapphire's whole situation is kind of a reflection of my feelings towards the abusive side of sex work, informed by the experiences of some good friends of mine. For that matter, FiN as a whole kind of takes a dim view towards sex work, and the way it tends to prey on desperate people.

I caught about half of those you mention, so good eye! Although I've only played the dark route so far, I'm sure we got much more info out of Pepper on nice routes which I plan to play next when I get a chance.

And yep, played Radiant. I told Neon as much in my review of this update, though less directly in case Neon wants to keep it on the hush hush. Glad I have someone else who also saw it! I'm sure it's meant as an homage, and no offense to the Radiant devs, but I think I will prefer Neon's take. Radiant did a good job on hitting some kinks, as it introduced me to my very first hardcore spanking scene which I will never forget, and it has really great renders, but I'm afraid it leaves a lot to be desired in the writing department for me personally. Not to mention some other issues, but don't want to start a whole off-topic thing.

Anyways, I'm super, super excited about it! There's no way we won't at least get some sexual content with the other two triplets at a minimum, but I can also see them having romance routes as well alongside Pepper. I said in another post that triplets tend to have a lot in common and tend to hang around each other a lot (usually), and given that plus the fact their stories are so tied up with Pepper's, I don't think it will be as big of a workload to work them in as, say, Wren or Alex or one of the girl's hot moms would be. If he can figure out a way to have a believable 3-way romance with them, or at least a 3-way corruption, oof, my cock will never recover Just my fantasy ofc, nothing's set in stone and I will be pleased with w/e Neon plans.

I know you weren't replying to me, and I don't want to speak for the other guy, but I think he means that the father's reasons behind his actions are sensible. His actions themselves, on the other hand, are exactly as you say, ultra toxic and counter-productive. While, yeah, the father is a bit of a cliche, his attitudes and the way he talks etc., but I think Neon has done a good job at making a multi-layered character here. Because ignoring the obnoxious tone and coldly expressed sentiments, I honestly see every father behind there. His methods are what are problematic. Well, and his lack of showing love of course. Sadly, that's probably something passed down through the family.

Hell yeah! Tbh, I never saw what people liked about bimbofication until I played Defending Lydia Collier. That game introduced me to it and did a pretty damn good job of it to my surprise. I will of course be a satisfied lil goon if Neon only plans for it to be a fun little fantasy, but if he actualizes it as a potential route, I will have a ton of fun with it!

I choose not to sleep with her after watching it once. To me it seems she doesn't want to sleep with the MC then and there but only does because how she dragged him to the drug den and feels it's the least she could do. She even hugs and thanks the MC for saying he didn't want to sleep with her as he didn't want to take advantage of her. That and the look in eyes is priceless cause how happy she looks at that moment. So I say it counts as corruption at least I dont see it as being romantic.
