That part of the game was unfortunately removed in an update, you have more characters and story, but the end just has them going to a spa together and that's it.
I believe everyone is looking for version 0.8 if they are looking for the girlfriend version, I believe 1.01 was when the 0.8 ending was fully removed since a patch removed the 'ask to be girlfriend' prompt from the last three characters who still had it due to oversight. and the developer mentioned the following version to 0.8 removed the content (citing poor response) so 0.8 is the most complete version if your looking into the old girlfriend route content.

Work on the sequel is suppose to start after she is done with the currently in-dev ren'py title, "Unveiling the Unknown". Personally, I am patiently waiting for her next MHA title. Which she said that she wanted to redo better than what was done in My Tuition Academia. Not to say that it will be a remake, but it will be another attempt at an Ochako game.

Twisted does seem to alter between vanilla/wholesome and kinky/hardcore in their projects. If I'm not mistaken, it was FwB -> MTA -> MG 1000 -> Unveiling the Unknown -> and not the FwB sequel. If the pattern follows, there's nothing to fear.
just finished the music studio quest and was checking out the music there. No wonder I love it so much, half the songs are from sewerslvt. I thought I recognized some, but banger choices.
