Leonave only has to worry about the happiness of subscribers and potential subscribers, but mostly I think they're making this game because it's a story that they want to tell. Making the audience happy is possibly secondary.
Regardless, it's far too easy to harp on the negative, and I think that's a shame. This forum rarely compliments the original renders, the detailed animations (especially flesh deformation!), or the compelling characterization, or the world building, or the mysterious storyline.
If I were
Leonave I'd probably read these forums, true, but I'd take every bit of vitriol slung in my direction with a grain of salt. This forum can be downright mean rather than constructive.
