Have you ever heard of Google ?
It's a quite useful thing to use, basically you type in what kind of informations you'd like to know and then it sorts out the most relevant things about it.
It works the likes of this way.

If you want to know how to open Registry Editor, just search for the Execute command, by right clicking on the Windows icon on you desktop bar, the type in "regedit.exe" and run it.
Oh and also, there's a search bar on this Forum as well: you may sometimes use it to look up if someone else at all has ever already answered your question.
