You need to start the Demetria route and when Mallory asks if you are flirting with her, you need to pick that to start Mallory route. Just continue to play Mallory route and you get the Abbess Gretchen's edging game and Futa-on-male scene.

As I've already started the Demetria route, flirted with Mallory, and gotten to the "Together" date months ago.

If you're talking about the Valentine update, then it doesn't have Mallory p3, the date is still the last scene

The latest release is My Futa Valentine, a short story in the futadom world universe. Don't confuse it with Mallory Part 3 that is slated to release on 28/02.

Well when you talk for the first time with Sally she says that her sister told her she got to work out more. So i assumed she referred to Draga, but i don't really know.

I do believe that it were confirmed the two of them are sisters, if anything during the kinda bad end you can get from overworking in the gym or during the goddess day, it were one of those two places where I picked up on it at least. ^^

Yes there was, but it is a standalone kinetic novel completely separate from the main game with a story taking place in the larger Futadomworld universe of the game. Because it is a kinetic novel there are no choices to be made, you just follow the story, but it does include
