So it's not coming out in august basically, what a joke, the entire Rye arc was meant to come out in early 2k18, the game will never be finished by the looks of it, in one whole year they barely made any changes. I feel like there should be a way to report this behaviour on patreon, they are exploiting people for money.

people are feeling scammed because they never work on it and get 4k $ in their pocket and just skip the futadom work. Honestly they should just give the money to majalis so they can complete ToA faster.

Well, I think that even if you don't pay for something , you still can criticise it. It's a kind of freedom, I guess. In any case, people are complaining because of the monthly income they get versus the quality and quantity of updates they release. It's just not right taking long breaks when you have a monthly Patreon, at least make that you pay for each update,instead of a monthly one. That way, you can take your time not worrying about releasing updates quickly, and the fans won't be as disappointed. On the other hand, if this is their main job, doing a monthly pledge might be the only way to stay afloat, albeit a bit underhanded as a method.

The questions still remains. I don't pay for it so i am not going to get bothered by having it for free just because it's not a monthly release.
If their actual patrons were really feeling scammed or were criticizing them for slow updates then they would not have the same stable income every month.

If people feel like they're being scammed or ripped off, then they can just stop supporting them on patreon.
That's some dumb logic right there "If you don't participate in this pyramid scheme you have no right to complain" the devs are clearly using their patrons to milk as much money as possible because it's a niche' game that has almost no competition, they are charging 20$ for alpha access which is ridiculous and I WAS a backer in the early days of this game but the devs are clearly stringing people along and I'd like people to know the devs have been doing this for 2-3 YEARS for almost no content.
So because we are not being manipulated by the scummy people making this game we should not criticize them? What kind of fanboy logic is that. This scam has been going on for almost 2 years. 2 years with the game not even reaching the 0.3 stage. I wish I would be able to get the 20$ I gave them back. This game is probably one of the biggest money scams in porn game history. I have seen solo devs give out games for free quicker than these guys, on schedule.

None of you fake ass miggas are ever satisfied. You're complaining about too little content and no updates for the game yet you're getting it here for free (the same thing is happening with "The Legend of Queen Opala Origins" except with an excess amount). You call them scummy when their side of the story isn't even known. All you're doing is being salty about a game that using an engine that is troublesome to program and the devs have said as such. So instead of bitching and moaning about how a game you are essentially pirating isn't updating just drop the game and go somewhere else, because believe me when I say no one will miss you when you're gone
Their side of the story? let me remind you that I WAS a backer and the reason I'm posting here is because I feel that I was cheated out of my money by false promises,the reason I'm posting here is to warn other people of the devs practices, Engine trouble? with that kind of money they could've hired a professional to handle it a long time ago, Instead they are hoarding the money and produce very little content.
The writer could've put in A lot of short stories or new characters with no need for additional mini-games that nobody cares about,they've had 2 YEARS to learn how to work with the engine or switch it to something else and at this point it's nothing but a scam, All i'm doing is being salty? all you're doing is justifying horrible practices that scam people out of their money and in addition to that it provides no counterpoint and proves you have nothing to say but to insult me.

If you don't like the fact this scam game is righteously being criticized then go do something else. You are bringing nothing fresh to the argument. Idk why you even are defending this game. You obviously haven't paid anything for it unlike us.
