So far you're in luck: the character in question is female presenting (flat by porn game standards though) and after a clothed! thigh-touching scene early on you get the option to "nope" out. Based on the displayed message this should lock out all further trans content in the game.
The hair and smell fetish scenes follow a similar pattern but I don't think you can avoid those and urination completely. Not sure whether "trauma victim" qualifies as a fetish/Patreon no-no-content but there seems to be a hard opt-out for raping her too.
