Not yet downloaded. Is it basically a GP simulation with some erotica (but not with patients) thrown in still like GP1?

I mean sorry dude, great you are able to throw in your medical knowledge, but how about you work that into the game and make it actually enjoyable. Why not do 2 versions, one with realisitic gameplay and the other with more dumbed down and faster as well as make the work erotical. If a 20yo hottie comies in with a sprained ankle and can't pay their medical cost, it's obvious what should be the path in game on f95.

Just work a more easy path in and take up the pike and work in the patients. The stuff is there and ripe for the picking

I haven't uploaded the game in F95. It's a pirate forum I'm friendly with, but I of course don't endorse it personally. You should ask the moderators for this, not me.

There appears to be a bug where trust gained is actually subtracted. I did a little digging in renpy_notifications.rpy and noticed for example:

I believe
_trust -= value should be _trust += value

Yes, you can indeed treat appendicitis conservatively, but not in all cases. I looked up a couple of studies on the subject and they say that you can only treat if the appendix is in the catarrhal stage and has not yet perforated. And everyone has a different rate of stage development. Also, people don't realize right away that it's the appendix and just think it's sick, thus delaying the visit to the doctor. It is also a time bomb in the stomach, which is better to cut the hell out of it (in my opinion), thanks to modern technology you can do it cosmetically almost imperceptibly.

Nevertheless, it's your game, and you're free to do it however you want. And it's not bad at all, keep it up. Good luck to you.

The game is medically accurate, but it's a game nonetheless, so many things are simplified. I was only replying to your post and explaining that there is some degree of study behind the medical conditions found in the game.

To be honest I did not like the 1st game that much. I did enjoy the sandbox a lot, but the 18+ part was very....very weak.
I hope this game will improve on 18+, if I could throw in a personal preference then definitely more pregnancy content, not only one girl.

Played Version 0.0.9 from Patreon and did some digging in the files.
50% of the content won't even start!!

1. The trust gain bug (leading to trust subtraction, even tho it should be gained) is still not fixed for many characters. E.g. Margareth & Terrie - Def stated earlier it would be fixed in this version, but it wasnt.

This leads to completely missed content with margareth, which is for now impossible to play, as long as you dont go yourself into the files and fix them yourself.

2. When you have managed to fix the trust gain bug and you received the call from margareth, you will get an error each evening, regarding your date with marg. Afterwards you wont ever be able to go on a date with her as the option wont show up anymore during weekends - I somehow (don't know how anymore) fixed that as well and managed to play the date eventually....

3. The examination of elsa won't play at all, due to an error in the files again. Easy to fix, when you know where to find it... just a spelling error in the "room_dispatcher.rpyc"

4. After the interview with the first Nurse (Jane) the other 2 interviews wont play. And even if you manage to play the other 2 interviews (through fixing the files by yourself again), the last scene where you decide which nurse to take won't play either. (I stopped fixing the files here, as it gets too annoying now)

5. With all the fixes I did myself i still didn't get to see everything in the game.
Since I couldn't choose a nurse, all following content regarding them wasn't reached.
Locations like Bar, Gym, Spa weren't reachable - leading to missing content with various people. E.g. Elsa+Juliette, or Andrew+Juliette

I put quite some work into this, since I had no idea of coding what so ever. The fixes are very easy to make but it seems to me, that the dev didn't even skip through his own game before releasing it. All the errors are immediatly noticeable and it would be impossible for the dev to overlook them if he/she even took half a look into their own game. This indicates to me very poor work up to this point, which is why i stopped my patreon support. After update 0.0.8 I was looking forward to patches but this was just embarassing tbh...

I wont upload any fixes, since the game isn't released to the public yet and I hope that the dev will fix his game for his supporters before it's released to the rest. Otherwise it would be very disrespectful to his supporters since they pay him for the content and 50% of it isn't even playable.
