I like the idea but there is very little content for now. Plus I find it really distracting that it keeps changing from black bars on the sides to full image and back.

Only played a few mins. Very few content indeed as mentioned and the first time I started the game I legit wanted to close it but I just carried on a bit. The premise and the idea are great, and this could turn out one of the best games in the whole scene* but the dev needs to play this smart not exaggerate stuff, don't go absurd mode (stupidly unlikely scenarios) and really focus and think on maintaining a good story. Unfortunately I don't think that will happen... but let's wait and see what comes out of this

Yes this would be a great premise for a slow corruption game. Most game start out nice, slowly corrupting people but after a few scenes it just seems like they don't want to put in the effort and everyone is open to everything. Which imho defeats the purpose of the whole genre. Plus people really need to finish their games.

Exactly. And the good thing about this idea he had, is that there's so much to go back and forward which is key in a corruption game. If you ask the wrong questions, if you push the patient too far, if you make an inappropriate comment... not to mention different patients = different personalities. One might be shy as hell and you'd actually need to ask the right questions and give the right reason as to why she has to undress, others might be the opposite. Quite a good idea, just needs to be installed correctly

So true, so many of these game have great premises only to be abandoned or rushed. I just wish I had the programming skills I had 20 years ago as a kid. And really wondering why only the "Russians" are using qsp. It seems be such a better way to do slow corruption games than Renpy/Unity/Rags etc.

Although The Twist has to be one of my favorites out there. But really waiting for SOB 0.18. Been playing that game since 0.12 actually made my donating for an adult game for 0.17.

Yes, he meant that. He' working with a real doctor to make the work in the clinic more "realistic" as possible.
