That's false, my friend. For one reason: I lowered the money needed to get the top tier on Patreon from 20$ to 10$, I give a Steam key for free to 20$+ patrons which means you can get the FULL GAME with all updates and then delete the subscription and never pledge again.

Moreover, one thing has indeed changed: I am now developing games for a living, meaning that I feed myself and my family with this, and while I do check this forum for feedback, as I always did, I have less time to reply to long posts as I had earlier, because I want to deliver the FULL GAME on December, and not keeping "milking" patrons as so many other devs do. This project will be finished, but in order to do so I need to work on it, not spending time replying to bug reports made on the forum (I read them, I solve them, I publish the fix, what else?)
And yes, people who actually pay for my games allow me to keep doing this job, so I have a special attention to them. But if I ignored this community, why post the news here as well? I have plenty of social media channels to do so...

The amount of content has improved as well: 4 exams every month, a complete story arc (I am ending every relationship in game and the main story will unravel on October), a hundred new pictures every update, new sex animations... Then again, where do you see "cash only" written on it?

I'm sorry other people/website (even Patreon) say it's a porn-content game, but I never sold it for being a porn game, so I haven't changed anything about it, I always said GP is an ADULT game.

As I said many times, I want to improve and be a better developer, and posts like yours help me a lot in doing it, when they don't say something that is not true (I'm also thinking about going to a "per-release" pledge against a "monthly" one, so I wouldn't call it "cash only attitude" either). What I saw is that I don't get replies to what I post and say here like I did in the past, while games which are abandoned (Big Brother anyone?) are still in top view.

Oh, and moderators wanted to dispose of this game/thread because of some moron, and I insisted to let it stay here even though it provides a PIRATE/FREE link to people, because I love this community and I respect it. wep can confirm that to you if you don't believe it. And that's so much for a "cash only attitude".

Okay, I appreciate that you responded to my post and used specific arguments such as that you now live off the creation of games and that you support your family, I also understand that the game is not a porn game but let's say an adult game. As for the steam version of the game I've considered buying it a few times already, but somehow it's more convenient to play it without using steam so I prefer the version downloaded from here or earlier for quite a long time from the patreon site (I was your patron for quite a long time so then I didn't have to look for your game on this site).
I also understand that you have little time to reply to posts here, but since you earn your living by creating games and you decided to share them here also counting on feedback and opinions, in my opinion the local community should also be appreciated and try to answer at least these important questions. I'm not deleting as a player of course your game completely, I'll still be watching it and waiting for its final ending, and I hope you're planning to upgrade walkthrough to your game one day, because it's now available quite old and as you know it doesn't contain many new paths and content added by you, and you know your game has a lot of content and many available paths and events and without walkthrough sometimes just players don't know how to deal with the game (I admit that I have a problem with it myself, even though I have played your game many times in the last months and still haven't been able to see all the available scenes and content).
To sum up, I hope that you will continue to try to do your own games and enjoy it while giving us the pleasure of playing your games. Good luck and I look forward to the final version of General Practitioner in order to be able to judge the game as a whole.

That's why I personally insisted on keeping the game on this site even though it was said it was going to be deleted.
And I usually reply via private messages to most bug reports (many members could confirm that as well) because I see no reason as to why players would bother to read many posts discussing about a fix or anything.
Finally, I stopped replying to people who reported/asked/told the same things another user did 3 posts above theirs (not 3 pages, just 3 posts sometimes!), because well, why should I waste my time when no one cares to read my posts made a few hours back? (Indeed, I'm quite aggressive when this happens).

Thanks for your feedback. I assure you I value it as I value more the bad reviews than the good ones. If you paid attention I'm also re-doing the user interface of the game (I posted a news about it a few weeks ago), because I received some criticism ON THIS SITE that the UI was awful (you can see it in the reviews here). Of course I won't tell in the news "hey guys, this revamped interface is because of user XXX in the XXX forum", but if someone follows my feed (AND I release a weekly devlog on Steam, Itch, Twitter, my website AND here) you know what I'm doing.

Talking with the community is one of my top 3 priorities, and as you can see I always read everything, even after 12 hours spent between home and the local hospital taking care of my wife, two years old son and the prematurely born child who's a week old

Wow, this is indeed BAD, because no game should work like that.

It wasn't meant as an insult so I hope you don't take it that way. I think it is a challenge anytime a player has knowledge the common player might not. Most exams I got perfect once I started thinking of it more like a game. One example came to mind was asking about being sexually active. This is something that was on all of our patient forms that were filled out before being seen, but I was penalized for asking an inappropriate question of something to that effect. It very well might have been during the tutorial and just to demonstrate not to ask every question presented before the exam.

It could also be a difference in how different countries approach medical care. Not sure where you are from, but the US obviously has different healthcare so the approach is different.

I think the challenge for me is the game felt more like a doctor sim rather than living the life of a doctor with the lack of free time to do anything. For example the sister/cousin arrived and I haven't even fully explored the town because after morning and afternoon at the clinic my energy level was sometimes too low to do anything but go home. Now maybe there is a way to permanently boost your energy cap by working out so I never have to think about it, but if not I may just wait for the cheats.

What? Why? I was serious, your feedback IS appreciated... Telling a dev what about is work isn't working 100% isn't an insult at all!

The game isn't based on a specific country's medical care... It's a mix of American methods, European ones (mostly italians since I'm Italian) and some fantasy around. It isn't meant to be American, even though some references are indeed americans, but that's just the game's taking place there.

The game will be classified as Adult only because there will be some nudity in it (in medical exams and in romantic encounters with the characters mostly) and some harsh Language and such, however this doesn't aim to become neither a porn game neither a sex simulator.

And those terms are actually present in the game, but that's true for many movies which aren't "porn" but "adult", i.e. 9 songs to quote one.

Hello guys!

In the past few weeks I received A LOT of feedback about Rita's story arc, which involves a cuckold/Netorare path and was recently released. I was quite surprised by the amount of feedback about it, I admit, because polls told me Rita wasn't a top character for the fanbase, however as I always said I completely rely on your feedback to improve the game and make it fun and cool to play!

That's how I noticed her path/story wasn't very appreciated, either because it wasn't fun or because no one wanted the Doctor to be a weak character who "lends" his girls around, and I'm now telling you: "I acknowledge your concerns!"

That's why starting with 0.0.28 (August update), together with Elisa's story which was already planned, I'll be adding a completely new path for Rita's story. Whoever doesn't like/want a NTR path can completely avoid it, while Rita will demand other "tasks" to the doctor to appeal to her (she is quite demanding as a character). The original path will still be available for those who'll enjoy it of course, but it won't be the only path you can choose.

I spent the last two years telling you that your feedback matters a lot, it would be silly to ignore it when it comes in such a massive way. And I sincerely THANK YOU for letting me know this wasn't working at all with the game.

Someone please help me, I am on the sis path only, siscug gf = true, but for some reason I can't trigger the sis romance ending, after march 30, MC got sick (game assumes that I am single) and no final conversation for the sis. Someone please share atleast save file for the sis ending
