Why I gave those high words ?
Lemme give you the similarity of Porn Games and Cheap Soap Opera. Porn just focus on Porn act, Soap Opera focus of bickering words among the characters, no left space for other content.

HQ Soap Opera like when you see serious and mature US Drama TV Show, are telling the story of the human being. Their character and their daily life, which is their fetish and work related. Some show really picture the detail of being a mob, an executive, criminal and so on.

This game did focus how to satisfy the MC (/we, the player) hunger for nudity and chance for sex, but MC use with mostly professional ways to do it, the real Doctor ways. I don't know 99% of the terms using in this game, but that what make it good.

I find this game when talking in discord about making serious erotica words. My focus are empire business related, but kind of hard to applied to erotica games. Until someone link me to this thread, and this are became one of a few role model games for my preferences. I love when there's an erotica/porn game who doesn't jump to sex, instead slowly building the "heat" (wink!). Motive of sex is what I always want. If I want to quick fap, I might just watch porn hub or play The Twist.

Of course, you need to raise her comfort level up to a point where she will develop the relationship further. For that you need to date her 10 times and 10 more times after that, always choosing the right activity to do.
There's also a random chance she will refuse your proposal of date, that's normal because like in real life sometimes a person just can't go out because of her own commitments.

GP is 5th on my list even though it has the least amount of content out of the top 6.

I may be wrong, but I think GP has more content than BB. I don't mean sexual content, I mean hours of gameplay (and repeating actions like going to the sister room to find cigarettes should not count as "content").

You need to play BB from start to finish and you will get the point.
I would also say you should go play DMD to.

Most players here want sex, me I want a great story and sex.
All the games I play so far have great stories even though GP has the least amount of sex it is still in my top 6 games I play.
I play from 6 am till 10 - 11 pm every day and can finish GP in less than 1 day, it takes me 4 days to play BB and 2 days for DMD.
Man of the house and Dreaming of Dana under 2 days each with Summertime Saga taking the most at over 5 days.
