Yep, they'll just add a warning panel IMO. These "all characters are 18+" don't even make sense anyway: a character is a drawn thing, it doesn't age, as it doesn't exist...Not his fault, not his concern. Just like it wouldn't be fox's concern if people made porn featuring lisa or maggie

Legacy Games had kids in their "Emergency Room" series. They were examined in underwear too.
If some hacker makes a pedo version of my game I have COUNTLESS posts where I made it clear I won't EVER sexualize children in game. Every game in here could be hacked into a pedo game, however if I had to worry about that I wouldn't even talk to my niece's friends! ("Oh my God, that adult is talking to a little girl! Kill the pedo!!!!")
I understand your caution, but I find it a bit silly. Even the Sims 4 could be pedo in the wrong hands.
Besides, since the gameplay elements are important to me as the adult themes in GP, I think kids will offer many fun gameplay in their exams, especially if I reach a goal in Patreon where I would add the pediatric ward in the hospital too!

If you haven't seen the images in game you could check the images folder.

In the simplest terms: I would not want to be a dev, standing before a South Carolina Jury, whom at their sole discretion decide what is or is not pornographic, involving children. There is no clear definition for pornography, it is decided case by case. Keep kids far away from nudity, as a general rule. Not practicing law over the internet, or giving legal advice across state lines, merely stating my opinion. If the dev has questions, he should consult an attorney.

You'd best lookup nudity laws. He could do a lot worse with the kids and not get into trouble.
Caution is advisable in these cases. You really don't want a child pornography case against you, in any jurisdiction. And arguably putting children in a game where at least part of the scenes are meant to be sexually arousing, can be seen as putting children in a sexualized context. If they want to beat you, they'll find a stick. Remember, you're dealing with the law here. And even laws crafted with the best intentions (whatever that may be) will have unintended or even unreasonable consequences.
I've always seen reasonable statements from you, this seems out of character. Even if you're the best lawyer in the USA I don't think you can make that claim for all jurisdictions. To be clear about my own statements: I am not a lawyer, and don't take what I say as gospel. I do think it's not unreasonable to be cautious, but do with that what you will.

Ok I'm going to be perfectly clear, what he's doing is completely legal. 100% if you want to say it's not either quote the law, or a specific case. If not, all this text is unnecessary and based off of nothing.

This is polywog we are talking about, refer to his post history and don't feed the troll. A good troll will always say something that is somewhat plausible and an idiot, like you @FallenLondon , will gobble it right up. This is the same guy that was doctoring images on the Big Brother thread to piss people off. Hat's off to him he convinced one person and even derailed the thread a little bit. I just got done playing the game and can say with certainty that there is no sexual depictions of children at all in this game. There is even a popup box too when you get your first pediatric patient that says 'no child will ever be undressed during examinations.' There is nothing shown in either of the bathroom peeping cgs so go back to whatever it was you were doing and keep moral outrage out of this thread.
