You can play this game in three modes: Story mode, Vanilla and Examination mode. Story mode contains sex scenes and of course you can have girlfriend, taking her on dates and stuffs like that. You also can play examination mode and play only medical stuffs in this game. Bruni said this game does not revolves around sex, of course he also included that part for the people that liked it, you can choose how you want to play. This game have something for everyone, and don't worry this game like i said does not contain any form of sexual exploitation of childrens.

Children are not sex-related anywhere in the game. The cover image wasn't meant to appear on an adult games forum but in the game itself, and there's a whole story arc explaining why it should be there.
You're wrong. You can have sex with Elisa, Kiko, the Massage Parlor woman, Erika, Vanessa, Aaron and soon patients without them being your partner.
1) They are the young versions of two main characters which the story revolves around in this chapter
2) There's no sexual image associated with them in the cover
3) There's no child sexual content of any kind anywhere in the game
4) The game isn't a porn game, it's a fully featured Visual Novel with adult content, which is written on every wall on Patreon, my own website, this very first topic etc.
5) The game can be played by skipping adult content completely if it offends you
6) Medical exams don't include underage nudity and won't include it in the future

In Aria exam it simply states you should not have done a genital exam. That's working as intended since it won't subtract you points if you haven't done it. It's just a recap of all possible examinations you could've done.

As for kids, please try examination mode, Kamil examination, and tell me if that's bad writing about children in an adult-themed gamed. And by "Adult" I don't mean sexual, but a game which explores adult thematics.
Sorry, I get very nasty when my game is associated with child-exploitation and such, because there's nothing farther than reality and the fact that you're telling this shouldn't be in the game makes you somewhat of a censor, which is funny on a pirate forum. Also, it proves you haven't even tried to play the game.
This is my job now, I'm trying to make a living out of this. What should be the point in including that shit? Please try the game, it could distaste you, but at least you'll know what I'm trying to achieve here, which is not fast big money with easy and fast sex scenes, else I would stop on the next two releases (0.0.13) like someone did in the recent past.
Still, moderators already discussed this a while back in the person of @muttdoggy and said no other arguments about children and this game would've been allowed, so that's my final say about this.

The problem is when people judge something and and they do not even try that first. There are also tags included where you can clearly see what this game contains but people doesn't seem to read them. Also admins on this site said 100 times they would never allowed games with child-exploitation. And the last i don't know how examining childs can bother someone, i mean they're not naked and there's no explicit scenes.
