hello I have a question how do I get my character to get pregnant since I have been trying for several days or at what age can she get pregnant?
Age 16.
It needs a while to show that you are pregnant. You either have to go to the doctor or get a pregnancy test. A missing menstruation is a good sign too.
In general, don't use condoms or any other stuff that prevents you from getting pregnant. Succubi cannot get pregnant at all. Even when you are pregnant and you become Succubus, you pregnancy is deleted. When you want to have a child from a specific person, have sex repeatedly, you should be pregnant in no time.
What raises Charisma? My character gained 4 points of Cha somehow, not in school. I checked the wiki and it says nothing, I'd really like to raise charisma.

Go to cheat menu and choose OOX debug. This page will show you the stage of menstrual cycle. Having vaginal creampie during follicular and ovulation phases will make you pregnant.

"new in town" - the only difference I noticed is you can have sex with landlord(player a decent time ago)
To become pornstar you have to make nude shoots in Aphrodite photography. After this you receive a porn studio's card.
There is much less content for the 'new in town' start.
You would lose all of the family content and the stories that come with it, you also lose most of the school friends and their stories, though you may be able to interact with Anushka though Aphrodite photography and possibly Dmitriy though his dad.
If you take the 'schoolgirl/boy' starts (with or without magic) you get access to all of the content of the game, taking 'new in town' or 'transformation' cuts you off from all of the extra content and NPC's that you otherwise get.
You can gain access to the porn studio in a number of ways. You can get it through 'Aphrodite photography', you can get it from talking to the bum by the 'trash bins' in the residential region, by working the glory hole at the night club and I am sure there are other ways but I can't remember them now.
I'm 57 modelling, but just noticed there's no Special Work option. I did do one job, that popped up, but there's no menu option to ask for more. Anything I can do to fix that?
edit - finally popped up, guess it must be random, I'd just noticed it on the wiki and it said lvl 40, but the wiki is pretty bad.

someone help , i set the body type cute but after sometimes it keeps getting muscular? I've turned off gaining losing weight, and there is no option in cheat menu to change into cute type, only masuclar types are there

Go into the cheat menu and go to Image Sets, there you can select which default image set to use. You want to click on either "default low" or "default mid" and then "Use this set only".
Old town has a flat for rent - but you need to go City - Kirsanov Agency to make a deal.
