The shower peeking is enough on its own, but I don't know how much the new events have affected it. On a positive note we do plan to merge the kolka stuff so you can use any of them to progress toward sex but that'll be for another release.
I think you need to lose the fight against her after spreading rumors.
Not sure about in the newest release, but in the older release if you had max horniness while showering, you had the option to invite him in to the shower, which would trigger sex.

Its not easy as it isn't something that has been worked on which leaves you relying on the original ETO mod version. You need to date a guy for ages and can't afford to be turning him down or doing stuff he's not into. So if he's agressive you need to put out and if he's very nice you need to take it a little slower. The next issue is that you have to marry them first, this is a problem as if they are agressive you can't, if they are nice you will get call up on anything in the sex industry by their mum and if neutral their friends will call you out but a high int score will let you persue your bf that its cool.
Just date them for sometime and do stuff they like, eventually you'll get the option to talk about cohabitation and that leads to the marriage stuff.
Do you have any addictions that need satisfying or pain? The addictions show up a ways down your status window, so you need to scroll down, and some of the schoolgirl starts have addictions from the beginning. If you have a high pain meter that can also mess with your mood, and you'd need to deal with that.
Its probably a drug addiction as that will set mood to 10, the pain effect will vary depending on severity so its possible but the odds aren't in its favour. You can remove addictions in the cheat menu by clearing all ailments/status effects.

I didn't see any addictions, I played for a while longer and my mood went back to normal for a time. It then started to drop down below 5 again. I haven't started any drugs or things that I would think could cause addiction. After a week or two my mood then went back up lol. I'll try to pay attention and see if I can figure it out
