Set npc_QW['A63'] to a value that's lower than 11.
If you keep having sex with Mitka, it will reach 11 again, though. There is no "only Mitka" route.

Sergey Shulgin is his full name so Shulgin is correct as it is his last name but granted you rarely call someone uncle and use their last name.

In the npcstatic file it is Sergey so as far as I know that is his official name. Like I said it is weird he would be called uncle and use his last name. I was only pointing out it is referring to the same person.
