S3XYYYY1, There should be a 2 red arrows in the bottom center to allow you to move to next time of day. The Time of day is shown in the top left and those events will list when they are available.

Same for me. Specifically at the end of the "Cool" event. Then it goes into black screen and i can't progress.

you are supposed to pass time untill one of the events is playable, you should have a couple of red arrows to do it

If it hangs in a blackscreen just save, go back to title screen, continue and click rapidly on your last save. Worked for me.
