It's not bugged and it works. A lot of people explained it a lot of times.
You know what? it was cleary explained the very first time a dude asked for it - it happened the day after 0.45 was uploaded here - and it works. Damnit, it works.

So everyone posting here that cannot even after several months of game time going to Alice's room when Ann enters to clean it, we're all just stupid and liars right?

Many comments saying you have to keep doing the BJ scene in Max's room until it triggers.... nope, not how it works
Many comments saying you have to keep going into Ann's room and it will eventually happen......nope, not how it works.
Many comments saying you have to follow Ann while she's cleaning and it will trigger........nope, not how it works.
Many comments saying to wait until Ann goes to clean Alices room and it will trigger.............still no

You have to go into Alices room while she's cleaning after 1410.......... hmmmmm can't do it. go in, kicked out by Ann over and over
You have to go into Anns room while she's cleaning around 1430........hmmmmm check check 100's of times check
A few comments about several events being bugged if you sunbath with Ann and Kira before Ann loses her job.
A few saying to download a save file. Yeah pretty sure that save file just bypasses the very event we are trying to trigger. At that point might as well just upload one with 100% completion so we never even have to play the game right.
Yep it seems that many people can't seem to trigger it if though it was "clearly explained" the first time it was asked and the reason all of us can't trigger it is we're just too stupid to walk into a room between 14:10 and 14:20 or download a save that doesn't trigger it but instead bypasses it. I guess so.
Oh and just for you're reference, since you're right and all, I went all the way back to February 3rd when it was finally completed and on February the 4th is the first post of asking about this quest after it's completion. Lets see that answer shall we:

It's Kate's path... but it is more ore less Max-stuff...
so the last updates where most Max and the Kate update also contains MAx... and don't forget the next update will also be Max.. I don't know why the call it "Glamour" and not BB2... what it is... currenty

Have you ever realized that this forum is full of people who ask questions without reading what other guys previously wrote?
this is what most people do: jump in without reading and type.
This is the last sequence of events you have to do in order to trigger the last scene and complete the quest:
1) early afternoon on a weekday: Ann is cleaning Max's room: DON'T ENTER - do something else;
2) next hour: Alice is punishing Ann in Alice's room: DON'T ENTER - do something else;
3) next hour: enter Ann's room while Ann is cleaning her room.

I can't seem to get this step triggered from "Next level". I mean "go home after college" seems simple enough, but nothing seems to happen. Anyone got any tips?

Been there done that 100 times, just like all of us posting and asking about have been for some time.
You say people post without reading, if you had read any, then you would have realized that I've searched and read 20+ pages of results even going back to when this quest was first introduced (like I showed you), not to mention the fact the I have already said multiple times that those chain of events aren't working.
Like I have said in the past numerous times, I (and many other people) have tried that so many times it's unreal.
I have spent several months worth of game time, following Ann around the house. Numerous times I have tried to go into Alice's room but got kicked out. Then I tried others suggestion of not going into the other rooms and waiting for Ann to clean her room then go in (supposedly had to keep doing it until the punishment started) just to trigger the exact same sex scene in Ann's room, which is why I said 100 times (probably around 50-60 if I'm being totally honest).
I didn't just list crap I found people saying, I've already tried them all, which is why I said it.
If you will look right there in my post that you quoted, I've already said I tried those. I guess I should have also stated that I know you can only visit 1 room per day for those events, but I thought that was assumed.
I seem to be stuck in Kira's quest (Max start) : now that I have started going to college, Alice isn't home anymore between 13-14 and so I can't apply lotion to her to progress the Kira line...
The quest reads "Alice caught auntie and me, maybe I should massage some sunscreen on her back when no one else is around."

I can't remember for sure, but this sounds like Kira's sunbathing quest. If it is this starts at 12:00 and you have to catch Kira sunbathing (not with Kira and Ann) it will progress from there to rubbing lotion then to 2 or 3 differnt sex scenes.
Complete all kate questline.what about next in kate questline.i cant understand plz help me

I can't trigger any more alternative punishments for Kate. She got spanked once by max, but now when I talk to Sophie in Class I don't get caught anymore. Another bug?

1-Kate inviting max to the shower at school. Is that it? Just keep doing that for the scene or will someone see?
