Plans for 0.42
The poll for 0.42 had two winners. New college rules got 32% and the anatomy lessons got 34%. These two aren't quite the same, but they are similar enough where we can make an update focused on both.
Now that Kate isn't the shyest girl in college, it's time for college to focus on other students. Of course, Kate will still be involved in the process, even if she won't be the one under the spotlight.
Right now, we're aiming for 10 new college rules. We'll see how many we'll be able to implement in time. Half of them are about the anatomy lessons (taught by Maya) and the other half will be all about SexEd, taught by Veronica.
New lessons and college rules means we'll have to spend some time on the mechanics, which in turn will eat up the time we usually spend on new events. But don't worry, there's still going to be fun events. And, of course, the foundation we lay down in 0.42 will allow us to add new exciting events in these lessons in the future updates.

It does work, for Max. I don't pay attention for Kate, because I don't really care.
It changes 'Ann' to 'Mom', 'Kira' to 'Aunt', something like that.
enter bthroom in villa & change. enter villa betwen 11to 12, if you are playing as kate.

That's the thing, I am unable to enter the villa between 1100 - 1200, do I have have to change at a later time? It doesn't make sense.
I have literally tried every possible option and action that can relate to the quest or anything related to Max or Alice. Nothing works, I even tried doing the night time events with Alice multiple times, and massage with Max multiple times, still nothing triggered.

Please leave the college after the second lesson ,
click on the map icon and take and post a screenshot of it.
The Sophie quest doesn't advance further more as I have completed it for this update. Man I really don't want to start over.

It will copy only one latest save for Max and Kate, so the result file be about 150kb size. Readme file is inside.

Do you have a save from before Karen's extra lessons ?
Load that and try pushing the Villa quest.
Maybe you get lucky and the quest will advance.
