Is this just a mannequin shot and the clothes are overlayed depending on what Kate is wearing? Again, this is just from the CGs--I don't know if it even exists in the game.

from what I see in extracted images, she's not naked "ingame", you can see clothes positioned same what she is in your picture. Basically if DS decides to have her naked there he wouldn't need to render her again, but just nude.

Haha I'd like to get them, too! I'm only asking about potential scenes suggested by CGs from the game folder... I haven't finished yet. Maybe someone is working on a walkthrough, but I've found the in-game hints to be adequate for all but the Nick-Julia events. But it does seem that @vimmers had the main trick to making progress. On evenings when Nick is staying the night, sleep six hours at around 23:45-23:55 rather than sleeping the night, then take a bath or shower at 5:50-5:55. I had tried that, but twice in a row Julia came in with Nick, so I stopped trying. But it looks like it's basically a 50-50 chance, so just have Kate keep doing that.
So, given that Nick spends the night three to four times per week, that means he might catch Kate in the bath/shower once to twice per week. So it will take weeks of gameplay to reach the end of that path.

When there's stuff to do at the college, that's not so bad, but I've reached the end of all the other paths and maxed out the relationship points for all the nPCs, so it's really just a matter of working each day to make money and skipping a LOT of time and crossing your fingers that Nick walks in on Kate the mornings after sleeping over. I'm making slow progress, but I think I'll wait until the next update so that there's stuff to do during the day--otherwise it's weeks of wait-wait-wait-wait sleep six hours [hope] wait-wait-wait...

I'll just have to wait until Nick finally Enters but even after 3 weeks of gameplay time he hasn't appeared again when showering at 5:55.
I don't mind a little bit of grinding but after 3 weeks of gameplay and not even a bit off progress is a little bit to much for me

I've found I've had a lot more luck with the bath; I'm at 2/11 for showers as well but 6/11 for the bath. The problem with sleeping six hours instead of overnight is that the game doesn't save, so if you choose shower and nothing happens, you kind of have to keep forging ahead unless you want to load and replay the previous day.
Knowing I need Nick to peek on Kate 15 total times to reach the end of this progress, with the average progress being one new scene per week, is not encouraging. On the bright side, I might start v.10 with over $5000 because all I have Kate do each day is skip class, do homework, work, watch porn to keep her horny level high, and wait/rest until it's either Julia solo or Julia and Nick.

You don't get punished or get fines for skipping class? I'm asking cause I haven't tried it yet

When I say "skip class" I mean go to the college before 8am but choose the Skip Classes option when there. There are no punishments or fines. It just means that you attend the class without the options of answering questions, talking with Sophie, helping classmates with their homework, etc. There are no negative consequences, but you can miss positive options unless/until you've done everything else. If you have Kate sleep in or do nothing between 8am - 11am, I'm not sure--I haven't tried that yet, eitherYou don't get punished or get fines for skipping class? .Could someone give me the times for taking baths/showers to get progress with the Julia and Nick quest ? Also , I’m stuck with the “Julia and Nick in bedroom” at 11 , i think.

they take bath at 6:00 and 21:00

you can catch them before 21 in bedroom

That stuck sounds like you are a free (No paying Patreon) user. In that case you cant progress further than that right now. 0.8 content should come around 05.01. Then you can get past this point.
