Why should they be willing to fork out the cash to sponsor something they don't like, be out voted or just have the dev ignore them and rig it till he gets the results he wanted.Or, max's supporters outweights Kate's 6 to 1, which wouldn't be impossible, as in, in the category of support that matters, the voting one.
Honestly, the way things are going, DS might as well get rid of Kate's side, and focus on expanding Max's side and the quality of the story and gameplay.
It's not like the female MC supporters are happy, and apparently willing to fork out the cash to vote.
Could it be because Kate only was making fuck all money and DS swtiched to Max to make it worth his while? Why should they be willing to fork out the cash to sponsor something they don't like, be out voted or just have the dev ignore them and rig it till he gets the results he wanted.
Glamour was always about Kate, Max wasn't a thing. There was a male mc option that was ignored after the initial release, it wasn't make but a Kate alternative; Julia's brother. After about 2 years of developing Kate he decided to infect this with Max and like any cancer it's grown out of control and is killing the host. This game isn't Glamour anymore; it's BB ver X remake, recycle.
Even when he first infected it with Max, the votes overwhelmingly went Kate's way, but he continued to force Max into the vote and remove Kate options till he finally got the justification he wanted to do max.
If I had stupid insane amounts of money... like Bill Gates, Elon Musk levels I'd pay DS to do a Max update. Where he gets mugged in an alley and stabbed and dies. Or the girls press charges against him for the hidden cameras and he goes to jail and gets shanked. Or something else so he is removed from it with zero possibility of ever returning. But who am I kidding, if I had that kind of money, I wouldn't give a shit what happens to this game.
It could be, but then as you say, you drop it or change it... you don't lie and manipulate "votes" to the get result you want.Could it be because Kate only was making fuck all money and DS swtiched to Max to make it worth his while?
I mean if you make a product, and it's not financially viable, your two choices are drop it, or change it.
Of cause it doesn't. And nobody think's, guys with female avatars enjoy female MC`s more because they are sissy's*.You don't have permission to view the spoiler content. Log in or register now.
If there was actual proven manipulation of votes, yeah, that's not right. It could be, but then as you say, you drop it or change it... you don't lie and manipulate "votes" to the get result you want.
A simple, "guy's this Kate stuff is not working, I'm going to go back to making BB". Would be far better than the shit he's done.
ugh i`ll never get to fully corrupt KateWhy should they be willing to fork out the cash to sponsor something they don't like, be out voted or just have the dev ignore them and rig it till he gets the results he wanted.

nonsence. they all look same age...about 3 hours out of packing line in guangzhou toy factory...even famous chinese plastic smell is there.Enough nonsense Max Lisa and Alice are big and Anne looks 30 it's impossible unless they are adopted then they are not related
That would be worse in my opinion.IMHO the best option would be to combine the 2 lines together into "one" line (what the author might be trying to accomplish already), you play Max for a while, then the action turns towards Kate, you play that for couple in game days, then back to Max and so on and so forth (but this would require much better quest log, because the current one is much too vague and unclear, so the player can keep up with all the story lines), that way all players get to see most of the content, so the work put into it isn't "wasted", perhaps some skip options might be implemented for non-critical choices for those who aren't interested in the other line at all
Glamour did not begin with 2 separate games ...... they were essentially 2 separate games, which wasn't a great idea to begin with (because the work load is essentially doubled), ...
You don't care if you play as a male or female and you think you can fix the game? lolz. I hate to break it to you but there are more people who want the game to be Max centered and pay for that. I don't see why any of them would have to sit through that Kate crap so a minority get to see Kate fuck the guy of the week becasue he passed the ketchup.I don't get all that moaning about Kates line, they were essentially 2 separate games, which wasn't a great idea to begin with (because the work load is essentially doubled), maybe the author wanted to capture larger audience with it, but continuation and regular updates of both AND endless forks that people seem to want, bleat the workload to unmanageable levels for the budget he is working with (be it time and/or money), and then there will always be loud minority that will say that is all wrong and how the author has ruined everything (the usual behavior of the unsatisfied people these days)

and for those who complain about the purity of character of the main characters, I think you should simply stop playing while you still can, forget these games exist at all, visit a church, go to a confession and do the penance, so you can avoid corruption of your pure minds and move on with your life![]()
I don't have these images in the gameI don't know what it's about, but no more the black screen, when Ann takes Alice and Max by car. It happened after the third trip.
One should know what they are getting into before they subscribe and pay for the game. After you do your research as a consumer is supposed to do, you have to decide if you want to pay for a game. I know, for me, if i find out its not worth it, im not going to pay for something. If i do, then i best know what im getting into. You don't care if you play as a male or female and you think you can fix the game? lolz. when max goes to school the screen is blackI don't know what it's about, but no more the black screen, when Ann takes Alice and Max by car. It happened after the third trip.
that wasn't what I said, read my post again, and then read what ANGEL_KATE wrote about Kates line, I said - skip buttons for both in case you want to skip and it doesn't conflict with the line you're actually playing, but at least you have some glimpse of the events of the "other" side and they don't "feel" disconnected to the player, I for instance didn't know Max was involved in Kates line and that those events are completely missing from the Maxes side of the story, now I'm playing Kates line (struggling to be honest, because I'm not interested in most of her line at all) just to see what she was up with Max, Ann and Alice, and how it ties into Maxes side of the gameYou don't care if you play as a male or female and you think you can fix the game? lolz. On paper, it's not bad to swap MCs.that wasn't what I said, read my post again, and then read what ANGEL_KATE wrote about Kates line, I said - skip buttons for both in case you want to skip and it doesn't conflict with the line you're actually playing, but at least you have some glimpse of the events of the "other" side and they don't "feel" disconnected to the player, I for instance didn't know Max was involved in Kates line and that those events are completely missing from the Maxes side of the story, now I'm playing Kates line (struggling to be honest, because I'm not interested in most of her line at all) just to see what she was up with Max, Ann and Alice, and how it ties into Maxes side of the game
so had it been 1 story with 2 "playable" characters from the start, I wouldn't have missed few chunks of story I was interested in, kind of like one of the Halo games where you play MC for a while and then the covenant character, I don't think its bad at all, and as I said - it might be better for dev morale to feel that the work put into either forks isn't mostly wasted because only few are interested in one of them
