You should try 0.47. They fixed some annoying bugs with "new world order".
In previous versions I had problems getting the scene where Alice spanks Ann as maid and in 0.47 these problems were gone.

3rd previous save loaded The quest trigger is strange enough to be harsh on newbies When the big brother big problem quest is activated, all the quests that need to appear afterward are displayed. Today is May 19th, 2022 because of the biggest update of all time and we all really believed that DS will make 2 updates from it in one month but it won't happen before June 2022 and if it does then it will certainly only be a micro update.

The "Quest Log" should show what has and has not been completed so, keep going till it shows completed.
Reminder:
After samples are completed for Zoe and then Kate, the font on the Quest line will no longer be Yellow
Will show Orange on completion.
Least, this is what i have noticed in my testing this VN/Game.

I cannot get Glamour 47 to run. Since trying to run 47, 46.1 will not run either. Not sure what is wrong, just sits at the loading screen. Is there a log file somewhere to tell me what its doing?

In case others encounter this issue, rename the C:\Users\<username>\AppData\Roaming\glamour-updater\ folder to something else, and relaunch the game. Worked for me.
Unfortunately, I now don't see any saves from 46.1 :-(

If you have finished all the quests there is nothing to do. I guess you can still play for whatever daily events are available but it won't make any difference to anything. Next update is the other part of 47 I think so there will be more quests then.
