You should head over to the death star trainer thread if you haven't read that. DS makes ton of shitty decisions but I'd still say not number one in that department.

Gotta say... the "random" element in this game is really sucking the fun out of it for me. The Nick and Julia quest is borderline insanity indulcing and I can't for the life of me get invited by Alice for her home (I did the "reboot"). Because shit is supposed to be random there's no way that I can say if it's just bad luck on my side or if something is plain bugged. F this.
Man this game is about as boring as it gets, a huge shame because I thought BB was a damn good game. Personally I'm turned off by the long and slow conversations which most of the time don't make sense because they aren't subtle, more like slow build up then a sledge hammer to the fucking forehead. I don't mind grinding if the reward is worth it, the big problem is I haven't even got to the grind yet and I don't see a reward being there when I do. Game is an E for me after the first couple of days of class (yeah, it is that bad for me).
Based on that Patreon post I don't think that is the offline version, rather it is the online version with all of the images already included so that you don't have to download v0.1-v0.12 through his web server. I could be wrong, seeing as I didn't download it, but that was my understanding of what was said.

Hello all, I wanted to ask how do Alice invite you over? I've done full quests I think(Adam,Veronica-can't take more private lessons,Zoe and Oscar-don't have any actions anymore). Also full 'Progress (Spoilers)' quest is done no new scenes. Am I doing something wrong or is it a bug and have to start over. Hope someone can explain.

Ehhh, Did you even understand what he suggested? Currently the event reads like, do this x12 this x17 this x10 this x14 and so on. All he said was thoes numbers could be set lower. Like do this x2 this x1 this x3 and so on. Remove the completely pointless horseshit quadrillion RNG repeats. It's DS way to add time sinks because he sucks at keeping up with new content but wants people to stay as patreons. Otherwice known as Bluballing the crap out of paying customers

Is this something that a player can do to get those events quicker and easier?
I started out this whole thing by saying that the DEV should make it easier to get all of those events because as it stands now, it's way too time-consuming.
