So, a long time ago he came with an idea of the corruption of a shy girl simulator game - quite a popular theme among Russians it would seem...
After a while, he noticed he does not have to skills and/or experience to make his game how he envisioned it. And that's how he abandoned it.
So instead of quitting entirely, he decided to work on something else instead - there came Big Brother: a project that was way simpler and aimed to teach him things.
then BB came to a premature end because of patreon policies. And that's how he abandoned it.
and then he figured now he knows enough to go back to his original idea of a shy girl simulator - a remake was started.
And then he added an option to play as a male character - simply because fans were constantly bugging him about it.
From a point of view of someone who once was an amateur game content designer what he did makes perfect sense - as I did pretty much the same thing back when I as writing mods for Skyrim.

So it looks like he's totally lost, doesn't know what to do. He was doing well with BB and because of Patreon's policies he lost interest and abandoned him. Maybe he could just modify the texts and place landlady, roommate, and put an incest patch and continue with the game, well, I don't know if that would work.
Now it seems like the author is either confused about putting characters or maybe even his abandoned game story in this new game, or else he's trying to find a way for the game to work, where he needs to hit the spot so that everything goes well.
It really is boring to play with female character in a porn game. Not that it's bad, but it's uninteresting. However there are games that do well, but I don't think that was the case with Glamour. This online and offline bid I don't know if it's bad, but it loses people's interest in playing. I will not test unless great reviews come.

The game is definitely not even close to the good female MC games.Maybe can fight with the average.
We have already 20 updates and someone will think that there is plenty of content,but sadly this is not the truth.
Even games with only 3-4 updates are way ahead.

in the late 2030, we could all enjoy it. Meanwhile, there are many other great games to play + kill time. No need to rush. Slow steady & win the game

there is not much "content" yet. there is no need to use cheats! Trust ! you will get more out of inhale paint drying than play the game in the current form.

it is a good thing that there are people paying for the game. it makes the economy & porn/game industry flourish.I pity the long term patrons who are basically paying him for doing the same thing he has already done before

Actually....you are not forced to have sex with ANYONE. You choose who you want to fuck be it girl or guy. The choices are nick, julia, alice and the hotel guy, I forgot his name....or all of the above. And as faux already said, you can play as max but there is no sex to be had yet....just some light stuff with Kira.
So for those of us that hate Max... No update this month... If you are doing multiple protagonists, then having them follow basically the same story line is much simpler. If they have completely different story lines, then do two different games. They can be set in the same universe/world/town, or whatever. Currently you are short changing those who are following the original story and are not interested in starting another unfinished story at this point. So whatever amount of time it would have taken to finish the game, we can now expect that to double. Can't wait to see the finished product in 4 years. I am sure it will be great. The models and game style are top notch. It is one of the ones I was looking forward too, and hoping that it would make it on to steam. The pace of updates were good.... Now... not so much. Such is life. Good luck and keep on making great games.
Tried the Max path in v0.19 and there is a small amount of content but the cameras don't seem to generate any income so getting money is VERY grindy. There is also a bug in the shop that changes the cost of the camers from $100 to $299 after you buy the telescope which makes getting all of the cameras a huge pain if you run into that issue (I didn't notice until after I had saved).
