If you have not bought her the silk robe yet and it's not on E-pay then you have not reached that part of the quest. Have you wanked to porn late night yet with her in the room?? That happens around 0200-0300 hrs. The porn channel will become interactive at that time when you are on that part of the quest. You have to do this 2-3 times if I recall with the last time having your mom(Ann) walk in and catching you. I think this event begins the Porn Mentor questline. Studying together should give the flirt options. Flirt with her 3x if I recall while studying and she will then freely show her tits. Right after you buy the robe you should talk to her about your relationship then the quests branch into 3 questlines. Once the 3 steps in the Porn Mentor questline are complete then you need to complete the Peeking Mentor line and the Grades Mentor line. The straight Mentor line will pick up again after you complete those.

On the walkthrough you said you are stuck at step 8. That's where it branches into the 3 sub questlines I mentioned above. Talk to Lisa after midnight in her bed to initiate the porn movie scenes. Follow the Porn Mentor quest track until the 3 steps are complete on the walkthrough. Then hit the other two. On your quest log in-game it should show green type when you have reached the end of a questline.

They'll be added sometime. Right now I think Silver's plan for Max's content is to focus squarely on Lisa/Ann.
Don't count on it for 0.24. You'll be waiting a while for anything remotely resembling Kira content. If you want to try influencing which events occur, drop the guy a few schillings and you'll be informed when there's another poll going on. That's the best chance you've got of seeing more Kira stuff sooner.
Keep this in mind: 0.23 is Kate, 0.24 is Max, 0.25 and 0.26 will be Kate so it could take up to six more months for any Kira content. 0.23 Offline is scheduled to drop in about three more days.
At least 0.24 will see Max earning money via the cam site.

No.I don't expect Kate's part to be done for at least 20 more updates only for her.

Kate route has much more content than Max's ATM but it seems there is much more to go for Kate. Upcoming content will deal with the sports club of Julia, Lien and Kate for versions 0.25 and 0.26

I don't think you have to block the offline version, that's the whole point of the offline version.

And even on the Kate route, in many of the quests you can't reach the logical conclusion, just because it's not in the game yet.
