There are many kinds of sandbox games, so today I want to tell you about our vision of the game's future, what we're trying to accomplish and why we're spending so much time on the game's engine.
Imagine a bunch of gameplay options: going to the beach with an NPC, going to a night club with an NPC or NPCs (let's say from 1 to 3 NPCs), spending time in a cafe, or at home, or at their house. Gameplay mechanics like sex with one or two NPCs, a phone, mini-games like strip-poker. Now imagine all those things working together. Here's an example:

Player decides to call Sophie and invite her to go shopping. Sophie says she's going to the beach and Kate can join her, if she wants to. After agreeing (if you feel like it), Kate and Sophie go to the beach and start tanning. Then there's a chance they will be approached by Mike (or Alice or Ruby or Andrew, etc.) and they all have a conversation in which Mike asks Sophie and Kate (or only one of them, depending on relationships levels) to go to the club in the evening. Kate can agree and if she doesn't miss it, she'll go to the club with Sophie and Mike. They dance, flirt, drink, etc. At some point Mike invites Sophie and Kate to his house (or only one of them. Or Sophie is the one who invites everyone). Everyone goes to Mike's house and spend more time together. Maybe they open with playing strip-poker. Eventually the situation evolves into a threesome. If Kate knows sexual preferences of her partners, she can use that information to make their nights even better. Maybe someone will be left unsatisfied, maybe everyone will have a really great time. Let's go with that one. Kate can stay at Mike's or she can go home. Next morning she might get a text from Sophie about great last night with a naked selfie and invitation to the cafe. Kate can meet her and it might lead to something. Or maybe not, and they'll just spend some time in a cafe.

The important part is, it is not one scripted event, it's a bunch of game mechanics interacting with each other. Different events, different NPCs, different relationship levels, different possibilities. Players have a say, NPCs have a say, many possible outcomes. We'll be adding many activities and tie them together. This means juggling and balancing many different things, but we hope the end result is going to be more than sum of its parts.

Of course, this is a lot of work and sounds very ambitious, but we're sure we can do it. We don't want to make a game with N hours of gameplay, which you only play through once and then never pick up again. We want to make a game where there's always something to try. It's going to take a lot of time to do, but it's gonna be worth it.

Yes, I'm sure a porn game will have far more satisfying game mechanics than, "Hey cousin, want to go bowling?" every five minutes.

That's the point. Rockstar spent $100M making that game and it produced Roman the Nag. What is Dark Silver going to come up with for a rounding error's budget of that money?

I like the original outline of the game. I was disappointed to find the orginal game was abandoned. The game had great potential. I am interesting to see where you go with your development as well. Not sure on your project plan, but as a project manger I would suggest to be sure to, "Begin with an END in mind." before you start. If you have a outline with your team, you can keep them in check. Project scope creep is what got the last guy. This will prevent cost (time) overruns as well as help keep your project team aligned. I wish you good luck in your project.

I'm really thinking that Dark Silver is gay because sex is freezing and do not have sense, this game is bored as kill your mother and none of sex

how can i save my progress?
Log in as a Patron. When you play as a guest you can't save.

It's been mentioned 100 times on this thread--this game isn't worth downloading and playing unless you're a paying Patron of DarkSilver. There is no interesting content for guests. Now that there seems to be some developing content for Patrons, we'll see if anyone tries to crack it, but it's still probably not worth the effort yet.

My question is simple I think...What I must do to progress in the game? Im stock and nothing happends. Help pls
For you? Nothing. Like ... absolutely nothing! For patrons? The same! So don't worry about it and keep your money in your wallet. ;)

Why in the world would you need constant internet connection to play a single player game. And graphic novel to boot?
I understand updates and security measure to give people that pay more content. But why in the world does the game stop working if you lose your connection???

it's from Kitty-kats.net

I haven't checked it myself and i will not, because i think this game is a waste of HD-space
