also, how can i not over write the save file since i already have a save for kate and want to use it

Make a copy of your "leveldb" and put it somewhere safe i.e. In a file named " Kate saves"
When you want to play Kate again just swop them.

The file below contains my finished Max gameplay as of end 0.27 / start 0.28

If you are talking about random scene with Russian text then that a know bug.

If the whole game is in Russian and you want to change it to English just click on the Union Flag(jack)
at the bottom of the screen when you start the game.

Could you try something, start a NEW Kate game and see it that is in English.
If so, that may mean that this game is saved as a Russian Game.

Sorry but some bad news
Those buttons will remain in Russian ,
The "Wait" button is now in English and I think that "Game Control" buttons will now be in English.

I tried to change my game from English to Russian and had a similar problem to you.
But when I started a NEW game it was all in Russian!
Unless you want to start a new (English) game I'm afraid you may have to put up with the "Navigation" buttons being in Russian

Try editing your save to change "lang" to "en".

Read the FAQ for instructions on modifying savefiles. -- For the offline version.
If you're on the online version, not sure what can be done

Anyway to fix the screen resolution? Its games like this that seriously make me regret upgrading my monitor from 1920x1080p to 2560x1080. the bottom of the screen is cut off.

I wish the women had far more body variety, they're basically the exact same model with a different head, slightly different sized breasts (nothing for the small breast connoisseurs) and either very tanned or snow white. Variety is the spice of life, I wish Glamour was spicier.

I had to use animation from G8 on G3 model
Convert the G8 pose to G3 and fix the details and so on 215 times only for Kate and do the same for Max and, despite the low resolution, rendered for more than a day, despite the fact that the characters were both hopeless

Time it so you're Taking a shower when they are due in the bathroom. (random event)

Move your "leveldb" File
From
0.27:- C:\Users\[username]\AppData\Roaming\glamour\Local Storage\("leveldb")
To
0.28:- C:\Users\[username]\AppData\Roaming\glamour-updater\Local Storage\ ("leveldb")

I know what you mean. The 32" tv I have been using for 10 years was finally dying out and I upgraded to a 3440 x 1440 and game isn't sure where it should be. It starts off in the middle and at some random point jumps to one of the edges.
