Yes but my feeling is that the dev wanted from the beginning on to replace Olivia with Kate in Glamour, with the same "mission" for Lisa as Olivia had in BB. Now i really wonder how it will go on with both of them on the same mission..
I already see on the Max path that Kate is somehow reduced to kind of a paid whore.. while on the Kate path there are some feelings involved. I hoped for some romance to develop between her and Max maybe even a polyamory relation between Max,Lisa,Kate and Alice.. Yes, I know, "romance" for Max would be out of character but .. some people can grow up and evolve, so could also Max if the dev wanted it.
I don't think it would be "out of character" for Max and you already said why it wouldn't be. It will be a challenge for DS to develop though. DS may have wanted to replace Olivia but he was messing it up since he was writing events for Lisa/Kate and Lisa/Ann with out any of the ground work established for why she started being interested. This is where Olivia should/would fit right in if DS has any skill in writing, which is still undecided since he does well in some areas and writes hot shit in others so I'm not holding my breath.
Let me know when DS decides to focus on Glamour and not BB. Use to be a patron of DS, but since the focus of the game went from Kate to Max, I've decided to move on.

In my oppinion the way the relation between Kate and Max developed on the Kate path was more than OK and had potential for some romance in the future or at least they could become and stay "friends with benefits" . I can not understand why he had to make it so different on the Max path and now even bring Olivia in.
Nothing against Olivia she's OK but Kate (on her path) is really much better developed and would fit better even on THAT position of Olivia. In fact in BB Olivia was not really developed as a character because the game stopped abruptly. Kate IS developed. With potential for more.

0.30 and 0.31 are both Kate updates... Might want to double-check facts before unleashing fallacious hyperbole.
I'm no fan of Max as a character, or that the BB remake portion is being done prior to Glamour/Kate's portion being finished, but being childish and purposefully ignorant is inexcusable.
Kate is more developed because she has had more time to be developed. The main problem with the BB remake is that DS is trying to rush to get back to where BB was but he isn't taking the time to ensure quality.

If Max is included, it's not a Kate update. That's not hyperbole -- it's straight-up fact.
This thread is full of questions how to continue or complete her numerous quests, with the most common answer "It hasn't been implemented yet." So, I would even say calling it a Kate update is disingenuous.

I think the biggest problem is another, and this goes for both paths: the dev is a clear BDSM fan and has "no organ" for love or romantic. Millions of spankings and only a few kisses. This tells it all..
This could have been an excellent romantic-college-corruption game if it didn't fall into BDSM from the very beginning. And I don't mean "vanilla". There are 3 somes, there are open relationships, lesbians.. all there to make a goodie. But all we see is spankings and then more spankings..
