There are more then one Event. This is suppost to be the Event there she can have him lick her. But to trigger this you need the Bathroom Scenes be done. And you must have talked with Julia about it.
Also you need to have talked with the Principal about it. After this there will be a triggered Event in the Class, and one after you leave the Classroom during the Breaks. So just play the Game it should trigger by Time.

If you're talking about Nick , as i said i have ALL the night events connected to him and Julia done and repeated several times including the licking in the night when Julia joins, including all the 3 somes in bedroom and on the sofa. Is there another night event with Nick where Julia doesn't join them?

And when you say "you need to have talked with the Principal about it" .. about which "it" and on what occasion? I spoke with him a lot, he even took sexy pix of Kate in his office for the cheerleader quest but the discussion never came to the topic of spanking NAKED. Would that not require a vote? However if by skirt check Kate doesn't get full naked to save all the other girls from spanking then all the girls who were without panties including Kate are spanked naked in the office. HOW can Kate see Nail with Lien and WHERE?
Julia has no dialogue with Kate since at least 5 weeks.. I play in a loop and must break it somehow.
And generally how does this Neil appear? Is he introduced to Kate by someone? Does Kate just find his room while cleaning?

According to WT the Neil quest depends on the Homework quest which is:
Step 1: Nicolas has implemented a new rule: if a student misses their punishment in the principal’s office, then they need to be punished at home and record the whole thing. (Prerequisite: Progress Step 14, Punishment rule: Principal’s office without panties, Go to class )
BUT in the case of Kate if she misses a punishment she gets a fee which means she must work in the medical office. I already have a value of $500 there..
AND I did not reach the Prerequisite for punishments at home which is: Progress Step 14, Punishment rule: Principal’s office without panties.
How the heck do i reach THAT?

You need to win the wish in the poker game. Once you win it, you have to talk to Veronika to confirm the wish. Then in a few days Nicolas will announce the change of the rule during class. This is what you're missing to start the new tradition quest.

You probably didn't talk to her after you won the poker game, so nothing happened. Or maybe you never went to class to see the announcement, but that'd be quite unlikely.

As far as I know i finished that quest but there was never talk about punishing naked. From where does this idea come ? Does Nicholas tell Kate about it? If yes on what occasion?

I did click now but there it's written they must wear underwear. And will i get an option to play for wishes with Veronica after i clicked, maybe next day?

Good thanks a lot. Kate doesn't wear panties anyway but the others ..
I had no idea that I must click on those punishments in the laptop.. me noob at this particular game.
BTW do you know a way to delete saves or to save with a keys shortcut when the icons are not shown? Deleting like in renpy doesn't work. Right click>save also not..
And speaking of panties it's a pain in the ass to have to go to school in time to take them off. I understand that permanent pants off is not implemented yet. Any other way to have them off all the time?
