Unfortunately no. I was more interested in the game when it was about Kate, slow corruption, nice story.... but now Glamour should be renamed to "Big Brother Remaster"!

I stopped playing this game for a couple of months, but if I remember correctly, you need to watch Julia and Nick at evening on the couch, spying on them before sleeping time until Kate enters their room and have threesome. Of course due to grindy style of this game, you will need to do this many times, and with time you will get new actions to do. then karen comes and repeats the same thing over and over again.
at the end of each class karen comes to see me then she always says the same text and sophia too.
what should i do to advance this quest pls?

You need to convince the developer to actually work on Kate's school content again.
how the F i can get out of the house ? im at early stage of job hunt and i need to go to hotel but i cant leave the house. when i open the city map i have the icons the for sure but when i smash them nothing happens. it only opens the promt where it tells when its open.. it feels like something is missing or its not working properly. im playing the latest 0.32 version
