I'm new to this so I have a question that has probably been asked before but...
I couldn't help but notice that the male protagonist part is very similar, I would dare to say the same, as that of BB story. My question is, is it the same?

Same model. It's somehow a very popular avatar for this sort of game. Even MotH uses it too but it's a billion times better.

The reason you need a patch is beyond my understanding. Why? Because you can manually input relationships between all npc in the game.

Since there's no transformation tags and literally nothing about that listed in genres box, and nothing about that in the changelogs, I'd say it's safe to say no. No there's absolutely nothing like that in this game.

Well, then, I better spare myself bandwidth and waiting. Have actually playwd it though or just judging by the tags and changelogs.. ? You know, this idea has something
. For example, Max turns into a woman and is taught (in every sense) by Karin, and then she (Max) disappears somewhere. Hurray, everyone is happy Now that's the thing I don't even wanna picture it, creepy Max I can tolerate, but creepy and ugly as hell Maxi... Yes... Not to mention the dev's shown absolutely zero interest in those things in any of his two prior (abandoned) games, and neither of them or this game has ever been "marketed" as for people looking for those things.
There's no shortage of transformation/sissification games on here, and they're all clearly labelled as such in both tags and genres box in the OP of their respective threads.
Femdom has never been a euphemism for transformation/sissification. It can be used in conjunction with, but is still separate from it.
Is there a list of current active quests? On the kate story line I have the Sophie side quest active, and I am at the point where they get caught talking in class, spanked and then sent outside where Sohie goes down on Kate, the quest is not progressing anymore and hasn't for about 2-3 weeks ingame. The only other active quest is the Villa, I am at the point where lisa watches and gets the option to blow Max, they have sex in Alice's bed wit Lisa cleaning up after, and Ann watching them have anal in her room. What am I missing or am I at the end of the active quests?

Nope, you not missing anything. That is the end of quest's in current version.
