He can get away with incest on steam just can't be teasing it even on patreon if their that strict about it, I'm sure their terms are once it has nothing illegal in it your good to go

That's a bit of a shady area. It's not specified on Steam but if it was flooded like Patreon it could result in mass ban and DS is quite cautious when it comes to protecting his income. But we will see. I'm sure Julia will have a lot of content but I feel like peeping and some threesomes with her bf is max we can get. I'm fine with that as I'm not a fan of incest and I feel like other characters are underdeveloped at this point.

Yeah see what your saying alright i think that it would be fine though considering the amount of money that steam can make off of games with incest such as BB, MOTH and others because I'm sure steam take a certain percentage, like he has said he will look into the terms and conditions which I kind of felt like he was hinting that BB would be returning and that you would see an incest side to Glamour but as long as he's patreon he will get fucked by them if he even gives a slight indication of it
After seeing the screenshots I seriously don't get how Kate's gone from a quiet/pure innocent girl to in one update having a BDSM dungeon in the basement and the possibility of spying on her sister and boyfriend not I haven't played the game so if somethings are after happening already then understandable a bit but from reading through the forum and his discord it seems fuck all has happened in 6 updates

Is the loading screen in the beginning so slow only for me? I've been waiting for more than 5 minutes and I'm still at 5%.

It depends... is this the first time you've played? When you launch the exe file, be aware that 962mb of data (mostly games CGs) will be written to this location: C:/Users/[username]/AppData/LocalLow/SandlustGames LTD/Glamour. Also be aware that this data will be written slowwwwwwly. If it's the first time you're updating to .6, it could take several hours.

Today is October the 5th, which means it's time to release 0.7 for our $40 Patrons. This was our hardest month yet. It feels like every new version is more complicated than the last one because we keep trying to make as much as possible. That's also the reason why we kept working on 0.6 for 10 days after release. Which is why we only had half as much time to work on 0.7. Be did almost everything we planned, though.
Now, about 0.7. It's all about new events and dialogs with Julia and her boyfriend:
Returning from college
This is when you see Nick for the first time. Here's what you need to do to trigger this event: chat with Julia on various topics (usually happens in the very beginning of the game), you need to paint the basement, and you need to unlock the cafe with Alice's help. It also can't happen before 11th or 12th day.
TV nights
After series or "sudden" returns from college and couple of dialogs with Julia (including conversations in the cafe) Nick will start coming over in the evenings (the chance is temporarily increased so you won't have to wait too long). Some TV related events are periodic, some are unique. You'll have a small surprise at the end.
Peeking in the shower
Should be self-explanatory. Shower can be occupied by Nick, Julia, or both of them. By the ways, NPCs now take showers when they feel dirty, like, say, after sex.
Julia's bedroom
After watching some porn or erotica, couple can continue their fun in the bedroom. The door almost always will be unlocked and Kate will be able to peek on them. Or maybe peek on Julia alone if Nick isn't with her. By the way, Julia's sleepwear will depend on her open-mindedness.
Series of events
All of the above are series of events and dialogs, not singular events. They will have their pacing, sometimes in order to progress you'll have to simply return from college, but sometimes you'll need to peek or go to the cafe with Julia.
All this events were added as a bonus to the existing events and mechanics, so Kate will gradually improve her relationship with Julia and Nick. I recommend you to play as normal, don't try to rush to the juicy stuff and you might be pleasantly surprised. Most of the new events are periodic, btw.
Behavior
Besides new events and dialogs, the game now also has more dynamic NPC schedules. Now instead of taking a shower at the same time of the day every day they'll go when they feel dirty, they'll eat when they're hungry, etc. For now this functionality is limited and we'll keep working on it in the future.
I'm really not happy about this slowly forming tradition, but we couldn't finish everything in time again. Namely, no one can barge in the bathroom when Kate is taking a bath or in the shower. All graphics is already done, but we still need to write the code. We might patch it in later. Or maybe we'll work on it some more and add more content in 0.8. We'll see.
As always, your client will update to version 0.7 automatically.
0.7 is available on 5th for $40 Patrons, on 12th for $20 Patrons, on 16th for $10 Patrons, on 19th for $5 Patrons and two months from now for everyone else.

Short answer: DS doesn't know how to host content.
Long Answer:
Without going into too much detail, the game server and content distribution server (aka update server) appear to be hosted from a single OpenVZ container managed by an Estonian ISP. It's realistic to assume that container gets at most 500Mbps of connectivity to the Internet.
At the time of writing this, Dark Silver had 1625 patreons, but at his peak at the beginning of this year, he had 2871 patreons. Based on my previous experience, I would estimate that there are probably around 4000-8000 active Glamour users around the world. When Dark Silver announces that a new update is coming out, we can assume that the vast majority of those users will start up Glamour to download the update within the first 24 hours.
500Mbps divided 4000 ways is .... 125Kbps, which is significantly higher than the measured 60-80Kbps average download rate I'm seeing while updating this game. The error in my estimates are probably due to slower network performance server-side or a significantly higher client load than I anticipated. Every number I used in calculation was the best case, so it makes sense that my theoretical results are significantly better than my measured results.
I've been at it for an hour and I'm only at 16% Otherwise I'd post something for you.
Even if DS does move game logic client side, these multi-hour updates are going to kill what's left of his fan base. Too bad there appears to be no good way to contact him.
Update:
I let the client run for a few hours and came back to a loading screen locked up at 18%. The client also appears to use an unusually high amount of CPU for what should be simple content downloading.
Fuck this, I'm going to write my own updater. Not going to write it in C/#/++ though. Does anyone mind Python?

Also, after restarting the update, I dug into the resources manifest and separately downloaded interestingly named content. This is basically for everyone who wants to see what's new without waiting a day for their updates to complete.

I've had to restart the update download 3 times so far...1st time was when it was at 4% and I left my PC on when I left for work around 2pm but when i got back a little after midnight it was still at 4%...2nd time was when it was at 51% than I went to bed (again leaving my PC on) and when I woke up it was still at 51%...hope there's not a 4th time (0.2-0.6 i never had to restart the update process)

You are a $40 pledger, right? That is ridiculous. I see in Patreon some other user with the same download traffic. All $40 pledger. And DS gives a shit to all of you. What a mess. No word, no sorry, just nothing from him. By the way... my download of the game since 4pm till now 8%.
