No. The Offline client does not connect out as it has a "fake server". There's no need to block the offline version.
If your download was <1GB, that's the Offline client.
It's just that whoever watches this thread can't be arsed with editing the opening post. 7767 is a bot.

Even though there was a first sex with 2 of the main characters, it was a terrible update, practically unfapable. Like most of what was released before. I hate the dev at this point, why the fuck would he do so? It's obviously intentional.

Umm... Because they don't have to think up or write new content as they are just using the same concept and story as BB? So of course it is easier than continuing Kate storylines.
It's not too low, they changed the picture format to a smaller file size with equal quality of images, so 4+GB went down to less than 1GB in size.

They converted all the in-game images from .png to .webp for a massive space saving at a minimal quality loss.
The Offline clients have been thus for quite some time so there's no need to worry. It still has the content from before as well as all the new stuff.
EDIT: Ninja'd.
While i prefer Max updates, i feel the first sex with Anne and the repeat events are kinda meh . Sex with Anne was the high point in Max's adventure, here it was done somewhat on the fly.
