From his FAQs:

You must be registered to see the links

"People who pay less than $5 and people who aren't subscribed to our channel get updates with a two month delay."

So unless you are a $5+ Patron, you will need to wait to play the version where these options are available. There really should be something in-game that makes this clearer to the player. Before I signed up, I did a lot of grinding trying to figure it out in an earlier version. At least Kate made a lot of money by the time I was able to play v6!

There is plenty to do, just nothing interesting. It takes about 4 hours to finish actual content - without reading a single world.

Hmm, an obvious BDSM content room. Never quite get what people see in it but I guess it's fine since DS seems to be into it.
