I wouldn't mind a big brother reboot, there was some decisions that I didn't like, like the focus on domination stuff, mom turning into a porn actress, alice getting completely corrupted, max being an asshole. But I don't see none of that changing with a reboot, so I don't know what it could bring to the table
oh wait, I know, "you know who" would be back, and with a vengeance
The main issue of Big brother was that it was centered on an incomplete antagonist, even if you don't like the figure of Eric even Alice could have been quite a good antagonist, in fact she was developing that way with all the blackmail.
The value of Eric was to have an enemy to beat and that you could be beaten by him if you didn't do well enough, however he was just an obstacle towards the side stories because he was incomplete, other things that could be changed would be how your mother gets together with Eric, perhaps if it was slower Eric would like to buy "our support" so that him and your mother end together, like being able to help Eric to obtain money or slowing him to obtain time before he enters your house, perhaps even being able to have a good relationship with him or that he isn't a total scumbag.
Personally I didn't like that he was such a scumbag, I can understand if he was just a lustful man and he truly liked your mother but the creator I think he forced it too much on that point making him a conman with powerful enemies so that you could kick him quite easily.
The game itself needs something that pushes the story forward, if it doesn't exist it's like a free mode, making Eric a worthy enemy or giving alternative routes in which you can befriend him without too many sacrifices would be interesting, perhaps having the girls be able to fall in love with you and for them to be the ones to tempt you to have sex would be interesting too, and a complete rework of the opportunities system giving it more flexibility would be great.
